3. Do you ship?
-- Yes.  Nationwide, Tuesday through Saturday through our local Post Office. We insure everything and take extra care in all of our packaging.

4.  Do you have a Bridal Registry?
-- Yes. We also welcome bridal luncheons and showers at our Gallery Restaurant.

5. Is McCarty Pottery food/oven/dishwasher safe?
-- Yes except for the "waterbottom" design. You are able to bake in McCarty pottery as long as you start in a cold oven (don't preheat). Gradual temperature increase is fine. The pottery is dishwasher safe. Please remember that pottery is porous by nature and will hold moisture so do not put it away damp.  Make sure it is thoroughly dry.

7.  When are you open?
We are open from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday

GALLERY RESTAURANT HOURS:

Seatings 11:30am-1:30pm Friday & Saturday

(Closed Christmas Day through January ~ Re-open in February)

8. I am interested in purchasing pieces in the studio and then reselling those pieces in my retail business or on the internet.  What is McCartys policy?

Please be advised that sales at the studio, telephone orders, and sales at the Seconds Sale are limited only to individual customers who are purchasing our pieces for their individual use.

We do not sell to businesses (except for our authorized and licensed McCartys dealers) nor do we sell to individuals who resell our pieces on the internet.  We also do not sell to individuals who build items for sale from our pieces.

The name McCartys, our Mississippi River mark, and our signature are registered trademarks, and the use of our trademarks is prohibited.  We reserve the right to cancel/refuse a purchase if it is to be used for business reasons and not personal usage.   

We are implementing this policy in order to provide our individual customers a great selection of pieces and a wonderful McCarty experience.  Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
